Come join us for a unique, hands-on experience on the farm! Begin your day by milking our water buffalo alongside farmer Sarah Roland, who will guide you through the journey of fresh milk—from soil to teat. Following the milking tour, Guatemalan Cheesemaker Meches Moreno will lead a hands-on class demonstrating how fresh milk is transformed into cheese, butter, and mozzarella. Afterward, enjoy a light farm-to-table lunch featuring ingredients sourced from the farm!
$100 - $200 per person
