Our Water Buffalo are born and raised on pasture, grass-fed, and never given hormones or routine antibiotics.
Water Buffalo meat has a rich, full flavor similar to beef, but without a gamey taste. Compared to beef, it is naturally lower in fat and cholesterol while offering a nutrient-rich source of vitamins and minerals.
Raised right here at Bayou Sarah Farms using regenerative and traditional farming practices, with an emphasis on healthy animals, healthy pastures, and responsible stewardship of the land.
